In 1861 Elizabeth is living with her parents at Upper North Street Rushall. In 1871 Elizabeth Thompson is living round the corner in Mill Street, Rushall. In 1863 John Thompson married Elizabeth Hartshorn. Their first child was born in 1863. I think there is lots of circumstantial evidence to show that Elizabeth Hartshorn and Elizabeth Tompson are one and the same. Other people on Ancestry have Elizabeth as the mother of Richard William Thompson but I think that is the wrong family.o Sedgeley. | Hartshorn, Elizabeth (P2313)

In the 1861 Maria Perry is living at "Three Fishes" in Sunbury. She w as born in Twickenham. From this I assume that she is the mother of He nry Perry (father of Charlotte Hannah) who later became the landlord of t he same public house. This is the sole justification for my assuming h er to be Henry's wife. | Beale, Maria (P2065)

It is not yet proven who the parents of John are but Amos and Margaret s eem likely - the John, son of Amos, disappears and no further records a re known to me. I have also no record of where the John who married An ne Burwood in Linstead Magna came from. I do, however, observe that Li nstead Magna and Cratfield are adjacent parishes so this seems like a g ood supposition | Fiske, John (P726)

John and Sarah Pridmore had a child Mary Ann born in Sibson cum Stibbin gton in 1814. This is the only Mary Ann Pridmore I can find anywhere n ear Woodston. There seems to be no sign of other Pridmores in the area o n the 1841 census so I suspect John and Sarah are her parents. | Pridmore, John (P1424)

Other people have different parents for Mary Ann however she is quite clear on her census returns after marriage that she came from Hanworth not Burslem. On her marriage to Jesse BUDD there is no mention of a father that would fit as he died in 1839. A witness to her marriage is Frederick Smallwood (her brother) | Smallwood, Mary Ann (P3876)
