- In 1861 Elizabeth is living with her parents at Upper North Street Rushall. In 1871 Elizabeth Thompson is living round the corner in Mill Street, Rushall. In 1863 John Thompson married Elizabeth Hartshorn. Their first child was born in 1863. I think there is lots of circumstantial evidence to show that Elizabeth Hartshorn and Elizabeth Tompson are one and the same. Other people on Ancestry have Elizabeth as the mother of Richard William Thompson but I think that is the wrong family.o Sedgeley.
